Public Liability Insurance
Adventure Tourism always has an element of risk. Millennium Cave Tours has addressed this by improving safety and security procedures, improving access and egress to the cave and a comprehensive emphasis on staff training. We are pleased to announce we have full Public Liability Insurance with Dominion Insurance Company.

To ensure a safe and successful experience all participants must abide by the following conditions:

Safety equipment issued by your guide must be worn at essential times as directed by your Guide.
All advice and instructions given by the Millennium Tour Guide in relation to your safety and security must be adhered to.
You must notify Millennium Cave Tours of any medical condition or any medication that could affect participation in this activity.
The trip may be terminated at the halfway point because of the increased risk relating to rising water levels, and you will be guided out following the exit from the cave. This necessitates leaving out the canyoning and river swim experience. Should this situation occur, Millennium Cave Tours will refund 50% of the Millennium Cave entrance fee.
Should Millennium Cave Tours cancel your activity due to unforseen circumstances, for example, extreme weather conditions, we will endeavor to re-schedule your activity for another date. First Aid Training

Through the appreciated funding of the TVET Programme all 26 guides participated in First Aid and safety training.
The very professional Pro Medical team were employed to train not only first aid but the highly skilled Cave Evacuation drills. For a week guides were put through a rigorous programme and came out with top class qualifications. This was a deciding factor in Millennium Cave receiving Public Liability Insurance.
